Beyond Coping: Tools for Living with Chronic Pain and Illness Program
Beyond Coping: Tools for Living with Chronic Pain and Illness Program
Living with chronic pain or illness can feel like being trapped in a story you never chose. It shapes your days, your choices, even your sense of self. But there is another way forward.
This 10-week immersive program is designed to help you shift your relationship with pain, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. Rather than striving to “fix” or eliminate symptoms, we focus on cultivating new patterns of resilience, joy, and creative possibility—so you can live more fully, even with pain.
What to Expect
Each 90-minute weekly session includes:
Gentle movement or somatic exploration (adaptable for all bodies)
Guided hypnosis and subconscious healing practices
Breathwork, body sensing, and nervous system regulation tools
Creative reflection through journaling, imagery, or ritual
Group discussion and compassionate witnessing
You’ll also receive integration practices between sessions to help anchor what you learn.
Who This Is For
This program is for people living with chronic pain, fatigue, or long-term illness who want more than coping. If you’re longing for new strategies, supportive community, and practical tools rooted in science and soul, you’ll find them here.
