Beyond Coping: Tools for Living with Chronic Pain and Illness Program
Beyond Coping: Tools for Living with Chronic Pain and Illness Program
Program Overview
Beginning January 2026
Beyond Coping: Tools for Living Fully with Chronic Pain and Illness
A 10-week immersive series blending science-based mind-body practices with compassionate support and community.
Guided by experienced facilitators Audrey Gilbert, M.Ed., CHP, and Kate Gamble B.F.A and MSBT, this series integrates hypnosis, somatic movement, breathwork, creative reflection, and peer connection to gently shift pain patterns, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom.
Rather than trying to “fix” pain, this program helps participants transform their relationship with it—reducing fear and reactivity, releasing old stories, and reclaiming joy, agency, and resilience. Together, we’ll explore neuroplasticity, emotional healing, parts work, and practical tools you can use every day.
Perfect for those living with chronic pain, fatigue, or long-term illness who are ready for new strategies, meaningful connections, and a safe space to heal.
