Yes, I am seeing folks in person again for healing work! I have relocated to VT, and my office is in Lebanon, NH.

Now, more than ever before, I appreciate the ability to sit and share space with others. There are so many benefits to this simple, yet powerful way of sharing energy that cannot be captured virtually.

What happens during a session? Well, that depends on what you need and want, and how much time you have :) Mostly, we talk a lot. It’s my job to help you open up, feel safe, and establish a healthy connection so you can get your needs met.

“Healing” looks different for everyone. I take a variety of approaches to inner work, including: coaching/counseling, hypnosis, intuitive guidance, and often just high quality empathetic listening. These fundamental practices are the backbone of my work.

Besides my certifications as a hypnosis practitioner and life coach, I have trained in may different healing modalities including traditional folk herbalism, dreamwork, breathwork, reiki, EFT or tapping, and sound healing to name a few. I sometimes incorporate one or more of those practices into a session for those who are open and interested. That being said, it’s often more important what happens energetically between us than whatever goal we set for our time together.

I usually expect that whatever needs to happen during a session will happen. And somehow it always does!

COVID considerations: these are tricky times. While I respect many different philosophies regarding public health and personal freedom, I think some basic guidelines are necessary to help us feel comfortable sharing space. I am fully vaccinated and practicing safe protocols in my office such as sanitizing and airing out between sessions. We sit more than 6 feet apart. I ask that you do not attend sessions if you are experiencing any symptoms and that you contact me to reschedule sessions if you have had direct exposure until negative test result is provided. I will offer same considerations to you.
